Shipping policy

NurseLy Tees utilizes USPS and UPS shipping methods for shipping orders. We are not responsible if your items lost or if package says delivered and it is not there. You will have to put in a claim with USPS or UPS (whichever carrier is used for your purchase). It is important to make sure your mailing address is correct at time of purchase, as addresses cannot be changed once the shipping label is created. It is also important to stay updated on your tracking. How fast or slow your shipping process is depends on USPS or UPS once we give you a tracking number. Once we give them your products please understand UPS OR USPS are responsible.

In-stock and ready-to-ship items are shipped out 3-4 business days after payment. Custom orders and designs can take up to 10-14 business days after payment. Bulk orders can take up to 10-14 days after payment. 


Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day


You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com or UPS TRACKING www.ups.com anytime to track your delivery status.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center. NurseLy Tees is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself and any lost or stolen packages.
